All editorial content, graphics and website design code on this site are protected by copyright law and the property of Bluespark Solutions ltd and may not be copied or distributed without the express permission of Bluespark Solutions ltd, which reserves all rights.

Delivery

After we have succesfully received your payment via the online shop you will receive an email which includes a product registration code to download the Joomla template from the Virtuemarttemplates.net web site. If you do not receive an email please contact us.

Template Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorised to redistribute, resell or release the original or modified designs as GPL or port them to any other platform.

You must not remove the copyright information included in the Templatedetails.xml, Template_css.css but you may remove the copyright link from footer of the website design if required.

Unauthorized Use

You must not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale of any kind without prior written consent from VirtuemartTemplates.net 

Limited usage granted

You may use each individual template design on a single domain only.

If you wish to use the same template on another domain then you must purchase the Joomla template again via the online shop.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Bluespark Solutions ltd. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Assignability

You must not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from VirtueMartTemplates.net

Refund Policy

We are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase of a product is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

Terms of service and template amendments

Bluespark Solutions LTD reserves the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice.

We also  reserve the right to change or modify the Terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
