Do You Offer Template Quick Start Packages
We have template quick start packages available to download for all the Virtuemart templates we have created at the website. The quick start package allows you to easily setup an exact copy of the template you see at our demo site. To find out more read the template quick start service article.

What Support Will I Receive?
We offer all customers who have purchased a single template or who have joined the template club support via our helpdesk ticket system. To get support please log into the website with your user name and password and open a support ticket.

Do I Also Get The Adobe Photoshop PSD Files?
All the designs come supplied with the original Adobe Photoshop PSD files.

What payment Methods Do You Accept?
We only accept payments via Paypal.com which is a quick, easy and safe way to make payments online to purchase a single design or to join the template club.

Can I Still Use The Design (s) After My membership Has Expired?
You can still use the templates you have downloaded from the website after your membership has expired, you do not have to pay any more money or fees to use the designs you have downloaded during your membership period.

Can I Download The Templates And Template Updates After My Membership Subscription Has Expired?
You will need to renew your membership subscription to download the templates or updates released at the website.

How Many New Virtuemart Templates Do You Plan To Release?
We will release 6 new Virtuemart templates every 12 months.

Can I Remove The Copyright Links?
You can remove the copy links included in the Virtuemart templates we have released at the website at no extra cost.
