Purchasing a virtuemart template from Virtuemarttemplates.net website or joining the template club implies you have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions oulined in this document.

Template Delivery / Template Cub Access
After we have succesfully received your payment via http://www.paypal.com to join the template club or for the Virtuemart template you have purchased your payment will be reviewed a verified. The payment verification process can take upto 12 hours. Once your payment is verified we will send you your website login details to log into the http://www.virturemarttemplates.net web site to download the the Virtuemart template (s) you have purchased.
Template Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorised to redistribute, resell or release the original or modified designs or port them to any other platform.
Unauthorized Use
You must not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale of any kind without prior written consent from Virtuemarttemplates.net.
Limited usage granted
Single Template Domain Usage
If you have purchased a single Virtuemart template you can only install the template on one domain only. If you wish to install the design on another domain you need to purchase another license at the website.
Business Template Club Membership
You can install the templates on the agreed number of domains outlined in the template club document which is 3 domains. If you wish to install more than 3 templates on 3 domains you need to purchase another license or upgrade to the developer club package we offer.
Developer Template Club Membership
The developer club membership grants you the right to install the Virtuemart templates on an unlimited number domains for your client projects. The developer club membership DOES NOT grant you the rights to resell / redistribute the products in any form modified or unmodifed.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Virtuemarttemplates.net. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Assignability
You must not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Virtuemarttemplates.net
Support
We offer 3 months support to customers who have purchased a single template. Business and developer club members receive 12 months template support. If you require support after the 3 month or 12 month period you will be required to purchase one of the support packages we offer in order to receive support.
Template Updates
As and when Joomla or Virtuemart release new version updates we will also release updates to the virtuemart templates we have developed and released at the website. All customers who have purchased a single template will have access to the website to download the template updates we have released for a period of 3 months. Business and developer club members will have access to download the updates for a period of 12 months. If you want to download the updates we have released after the 3 month or 12 month period you will be required to purchase one of the template update packages we offer at the site to download the updated versions of the designs.
Refund Policy
We are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase of a product is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
Terms of service and template amendments
We reserve the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice.
We also reserve the right to change or modify the terms of service outlined in this document with no prior notice.
