Purchasing a Virtuemart template at this website or joining the template club implies you have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Template Delivery

After we have successfully received your payment for the Virtuemart template you have subsribed to at the web site, your payment will be reviewed and verified. The payment verification process can take up to 12 hours. Once your payment is verified we will send you your website log in details to log into this web site to download the the Virtuemart template (s) you have purchased.

Template Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorized to redistribute, resell or release the original or modified designs or port them to any other platform.

Unauthorized Use

You must not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale, of any kind or as part of a hosting package or offer without prior written consent from us.

Limited usage granted

Single Template Usage

If you have purchased a single Virtuemart template you can only install the template on one website only. If you wish to install the design on another website you need to purchase another website license at the website.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of this website. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Assignability

You must not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from us.

Support

We offer 3 months support to customers who have purchased a single template. Refer to our Support Policy.
If you require support after the 3 month or 12 month period has expired you will be required to renew your membership in order to receive support.

Template Updates

As and when Joomla or Virtuemart release new version updates, we will endeavor to also release updates to the Virtuemart templates we have developed and released at this website.
New version updates will be included as a part of your current licence. If your membership period has expired, you will be required to renew your membership to access new version update(s).

Refund Policy

We are offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods. We do not issue refunds after the purchase of a product is made, which you are responsible for understanding before purchasing a template (s) at our site. We recommend you fully test the template at our demo site to ensure it meets your needs and requirements or contact us with any questions before purchasing a template or joining the club at the website.

Template Amendments

We reserve the right to redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice.
