If you get the error message in "warning Key folder in safepath unaccessible" please complete the following steps.

Note: This is not a template error but a configuration setting you need to change in Virtuemart.

  1. Log into the administrator area of your Joomla 3.x website
  2. Select the components menu and Virtuemart extension
  3. Select Virtuemart configuration
  4. Select the templates tab
  5. In the safe path field enter the path for your invoices and downloadable goods
  6. Save the changes
